Turning old into gold
Sarri 6 / Epikourou
This space was used for many years as a shoe storage, immediately as I entered I could see the potential of the space to become an amazing open loft, it has the view of the Acropolis and it is located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Athens, in the center of the city within walking distance to any tourist attractions and the best taverns Athens can offer. The design style came from the mix of old and new furniture and equipment.

PSYRI
Psyri is a colorful neoclassical neighborhood of Athens, known for its artisans, specialty stores, restaurants, bars, tavernas, theaters, art and antique shops, and a small number of hotels. Following the liberation of Greece from the Turkish occupation in 1833, several veteran freedom fighters and immigrants from the provinces settled here. They opened cottage industries and workshops, which have given the area a distinctive character. The central square of Psyri is called "Heroes Square" because the streets leading to it carry names of heroes of the Independence War. ​Another distinguished resident of Psyri was important Greek novelist Alexandros Papadiamantis who settled in the area for more than two decades. In the early 1990s, following a series of renovation and construction works, the Psyri neighborhood became a popular nightlife and residential area and it has now become a fair choice in the center of Athens.
Zoodochou Pigis 101
This unique historical Neo Classic building was build 100 years ago with all the futures of the architectural style, painted tall ceilings, big wooden doors and windows, wooden floors and more. The difficulty was to preserve the old building with a lot of attention to the small details, as well as preserving the facade of this unique building.

EXARCHEIA
Exarcheia was created between 1870 and 1880 at the confines of the city and has played a significant role in the social and political life of Greece. It is a place where many intellectuals and artists live and an area where many socialist, anarchist, and anti-fascist groups are accommodated. Exarcheia is also an art hub where theatrical shows and concerts are held around the central square. The National Archaeological Museum of Athens, the National Technical University of Athens and Strefi Hill are all located in Exarcheia. The central square features many cafés and bars. Located on Exarcheia square is one of the oldest summer cinemas of Athens, called "Vox", as well as the Antonopoulos apartment building, known as the "Blue Building", because of its original colour, which is a typical example of modern architecture in Athens during the inter-war period. Due to the political and intellectual character of Exarcheia, many bookstores, fair trade shops and organic food stores are also located in Exarcheia.

In this case I took 3 apartment in a basement in one of most desired neighbourhoods of Athens, this 3 apartment were left empty for the past 30 years, in a very sad way. I knew exactly what it needed and started renovating them as if they were on a Greek island, with the use of natural stone as the floors and opening doors that lead to the massive garden it has. I believe I had managed to bring the joy back to this property.

KOLONAKI
Kolonaki, literally "Little Column", is an upscale neighborhood in central Athens, Greece. It is located on the southern slopes of Mount Lycabettus. Its name derives from the two metre column (located in Kolonaki Square) that defined the area even before the area's urbanization. Kolonaki is a wealthy and upmarket district. As one of the capital's leading shopping areas, it includes a number of high-end boutiques from young adult to casual fashion to prestigious haute couture from Greek and international designers. One of its main shopping streets, Voukourestiou Street, is now known for its jewelry. Museums and galleries also abound in Kolonaki. The Benaki Museum, inside a preserved neoclassical manor house, and the Goulandris Museum of Cycladic Art and are two of the finest private collections in the country.

This apartment was once used as a law office, it is located in one of the most colorful neighbourhoods of Athens, where all the action is happening, this property was renovated with a lot of details to the style and comfort of the user, modern kitchen and bathrooms plus design elements and furniture.

MAROUSI
These 2 penthouses were bought for a golden visa purpose. When I took it the previous owner used the 2 apartments as one big apartment for himself. I knew I wanted to divide it back into two separate apartments and give it a modern touch, transforming it into a beautiful space for a family to use. It is located in a beautiful area surrounded by a big forest, making it ideal for families.
